Yesterday, at the Museum for Contemporaneous Art of the Romanian Parliament, the former Prime Minister Adrian Nastase released his own code: "The Zambaccian Code". The book published by Nemira contains the editorials written for Jurnalul National by the former PM between the 20th of January 2005 and the 7th of June 2006. Vali Ivan drew the garnishing caricatures. Of course, his wife, Dana Nastase, and the two sons, Mihnea and Andrei, the former SDP leader Ion Iliescu, Dan Iosif and Razvan Theodorescu didnât miss the event. Ralu Filip, Nati Meir, Valentin Nicolau also came.
THE WINDOWS
Besides reminding about the Dan Brown best seller, the title of the book is homage to outside image and superposed interpretations, according to the author. In the same time, it also contains a code, a hidden message that the readers will be able to break using the underlined letters carefully placed on each page. As for the "Zambaccian file", Adrian Nastase confessed in front of the audience: "my windows offer you the best view towards the fight against corruption". Nastase wanted to thank the editor, Jurnalul National, as well as the inventor of the PVC profile systems for windows, the prosecutors that administer the "Zambaccian file" and those "judicial sources" the journalists also use for their quotes. In the end of his speech, Adrian Nastase revealed his muse Monica Macovei (the Minister of Justice). In the same time, he mentioned his greatest fear: "I have to mention Traian Basescu, the person I fear of, because my book will be in danger when he will publish "The Mihaileanu Code".
