Eurocopter Romania has initiated yesterday in Brasov a production hall. Phillipe Camus, the executive president of the EADS (European Aeronautic, Defense and Space Company) group, and the Prime Minister of Romania, Adrian Nastase took part in the celebration yesterday.

OPPORTUNITIES. "I also think that it would be essential that, according to the cooperation agreement between RPE Brasov and Eurocopter Romania, the modernization projects for the Puma helicopters for the Defense Ministry of Romania will start soon", added the EADS executive president. "We all know that Romania needs new devices, modern helicopters, for some segments like the police departments and for the boundary protection units and for the hospitals also", explained Nastase the opportunity of the collaboration with EADS.
"We have to be able to make here the most part of the assemblage and then to produce exchange parts", added the Prime Minister.
