Dacia created a great surprise yesterday when it released the first concept of its history, which is to be the seed of the new Logan Break. Under the name of Logan Steppe, the car has left the media looking blank, the Romanian Prime Minister, Calin Popescu Tariceanu, especially.

Steppe has been developed from the winter sport theme, it has spoilers that remind of the SUVs, the front has been modified and the xenon lights and the 17" aluminum-alloy rims complete the aggressive look of this new Logan. It is 1.78 m high and 4.47 m long, which seems to break any connection to the sedan. In the interior, the viewer is impressed by the modified dashboard, the special indicators, as well as the distinct central console, which prolongs between the front seats and hosts the gear stick of an automatic gearbox. In the same time, the three TFT digital monitors with DVD and MP3 display, as well as the special winter sport equipments are part of this new model.

The Renault staff has been very proud of the new Dacia Logan Steppe concept. The President of the Dacia Administration Board, Luc-Alexandre Menard, stated that the new concept represents a sign of the importance of the Romanian brand, which is greater every year. "It is an important day for Dacia and Renault and we hope that Logan will prove to be a quality product for the international market, but at low prices", Menard said. He added: "The dimensions will increase at the new Logan Break, together with the quality and the value, but the prices will remain low".
