Kidnapping Disclosures - Marie-Jeanne Ion: "The Picture Is Not Complete"

de Marina Constantinoiu    |    05 Aug 2005   •   00:00

"The picture is not complete. In 50 years we will probably hear about the complete picture", is the opinion of journalist Marie-Jeanne Ion, from Prima TV, regarding the investigation made public by Le Nouvel Observateur for the kidnapping of the Romanian and French journalists. Marie-Jeanne who talked with the author of the investigation, reporter Serge Raffy, states that, as far as she is concerned, he met more officials in Bucharest a few weeks ago, to end his investigation. "I also read the investigation carefully. The things in there seem to be quite true", Marie-Jeanne stated for us. In the end of the same article it is written that, for now, there is no one in the captivity cellar in Iraq in which the French and the Romanians were held. Marie-Jeanne Ion doesn’t know anything about this. "If it is so, I can only be happy about it, because everyone deserves to live", Marie-Jeanne stated. (Marina Constantinoiu)
