Mona Musca - The Li(f)e

Mona Musca - The Li(f)e

Our life, no matter the segment (social, economical, democratic, even cultural) is dominated by the political decisions. For us, politics is everything and everything is politicized.

When they get the Power, the members of the parties suddenly see themselves not only presidents, prime-ministers, ministers, deputies, directors, but also patriarchs, governors, bank, financial institutions, stock exchange, governmental agencies and even real estate leaders.

The pure poison of the value system of the market economy. There are a lot of notorious cases in which politicians, who don’t know more than just to speak continuously, got on important positions and created web-like networks for themselves just like in the South-American Novels that tell the story of several avaricious and megalomaniac men that master the destinies of the people.

We don’t live in Peru, but we live together with "generals" and "patriarchs" of the moment, and they don’t do anything else but to hunt our votes by any means. However, all of them forget about all the promises once they get on the throne. They don’t forget to bla-bla from time to time in order to keep their position in the Parliament.

I believe the worst things happen when these "geniuses" of the moment, who will never get into the actual history books, no matter the number of PhDs they would buy, get involved into the world of banks, finances, and budgets. They get to be responsible for the safety of millions of people, like the cases on Bancorex, Credit Bank, FNI - CEC, when honest citizens have been fooled by the white collars of the financial-banking system. Without the malign involvement of the politicians, none of the high degree felons would have managed to win. The financial dirt is always covered by the political blanket every time.

I think the case of Mona Musca could also be included in the category of vote, credibility and sympathy stealing. I used the column Jurnalul National offers me each Friday to defend the Minister of Culture, Mona Musca, and emphasized her work capacity and the regret for the fact that she had left the leading board of that Ministry. However, the behavior of Mona Musca after the resignation made me think I could be wrong. I, together with millions of other Romanians, was attracted into the web of Mrs. Musca due to her communicational skills.

I, like many others, have sympathized her probably in comparison to all the other members of the political environment who are anything else but politicians. I admit that Mrs. Musca is still communicating in a special manner even after the moment in which an entire country found out about her collaboration to the former Security, which was hidden for such a long time.

Unfortunately, these oratorical skills are necessary, but not enough for a politician. Mona Musca made one mistake after another. She didn’t collaborate to the Security, but there is a signed engagement. She only gave information on the foreign students that used to get involved in fights, but she recommends other female colleagues of her to be head-hunted. What should we expect for the future?

The credibility of Mrs. Musca is close to zero now. The latest polls show that Mona Musca lost 13% during the past days. However, these facts don’t seem to affect Mrs. Independent Deputy.

A few days ago, she was quite preoccupied of setting up appearances on TV for herself. She was asking her adviser to embroil the TV moderators to create a fuss to get her the wining points. From 8:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. on RealitateaTV, from 10 to 11 p.m. probably on Antena3 and, later in the night, on B1TV or on OTV. This isn’t the first time!

These are the requests of Mrs. Musca. She should be on TV as often as possible to explain herself, to lie to us and to impress us once again… She admits she doesn’t accept the invitations of the fair journalists who could become inconvenient for her PR.

I am frankly shocked after I have heard my fellow colleagues say the only thing Mrs. Musca wants these days is to use the media for her own interests, to continue deceiving us, that is.
