Adrian Nastase and the National Union SDP (Social Democratic Party) +HPR (Humanist Party in Romania) are on the first place of the Romanian voting intentions for the presidential and parliamentary elections, with 42%, and 41% respectively.

According to a CURS poll made between 12 and 18 November 2004, at the request of Antena 1 TV station, if there will be elections for Romaniaâs President next Sunday, 42% of the interviewees would vote for Adrian Nastase (National Union SDP+HPR), 32% for Traian basescu (NLP (National Liberal Party) -DP (Democratic Party) Alliance), 13% for Corneliu Vadim Tudor (GRP(Great Romania Party)) and 4% Marko Bela (DUHR (Democratic Union of the Hungarians in Romania)). George Becali (NGP(New generation Party)) wouldnât get more than 3% of the votes, Marian Petre Milut (PA(Popular Action)) and Gheorghe Ciuhandu (NPCDP (National Peasant Democratic and Christian Party)) 2%, and Petre Roman (DF (Democratic Force)), 1%. 28% are undecided or do not vote.

The last polls made by Data Media and IRSOP for GCS, an international political consultancy company, between 4 and 8 November showed that Adrian Nastase, (National Union SDP+HPR) is on the first place of the voting intentions with 41%, followed by Traian Basescu (NLP-DP Alliance) with 32% and Corneliu Vadim Tudor with 13%. As for the Parliamentary elections, SDP+HPR Union is on the first place with 49%, followed by the NLP-DP Alliance with 34% and GRP with 13%.

Ultimele sondaje realizate de Data Media si IRSOP pentru GCS, o companie internationala de consultanta politica, si efectuate in perioada 4-8 noiembrie aratau ca Adrian Nastase, candidatul Uniunii Nationale PSD+PUR la Presedintie, ocupa primul loc in intentiile de vot cu 41%, fiind urmat de Traian Basescu (Alianta PNL-PD) cu 32% si C.V. Tudor (PRM) cu 13%. In cazul alegerilor parlamentare, Uniunea PSD+PUR ocupa tot primul loc cu 40%, fiind urmata de Alianta PNL-PD cu 34% si PRM cu 13%.
