Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu says that the measures taken by his DP colleagues show a reshuffling, but not a reorganization of the Government. "The thing that they are doing now is not reorganization, but exactly what I said two weeks ago. My colleagues have started to replace some of the Ministers, which is usually called reshuffling", Tariceanu said during an interview for Europa FM yesterday.
The chief of the Executive says now is not the right time for changes in the Government. "This is not affecting their activity now, but there is one simple thing that has to be understood. Any reorganization of an administrative apparatus that is talked about in public leads to the "paralysis" of the clerks, of the ones that take care of the important jobs. If we donât understand this, we donât understand human psychology", Tariceanu said. He is for the Government reorganization, but only after the European adherence target is reached: "I believe it is a serious error to talk about reorganization now, when we strive to fulfill our engagements and when we know that the ministries and the agencies have to work at full speed. This is why I said I was for the reorganization, but now is not the right moment for it". Translated by Sorin BalanCitește pe Antena3.ro
