The decision of the Constitutional Court in Romania that says the law

Romanian society.

Some members of the Constitutional Court have been attacked and there have been suggestions that there was a connection between the verdict that annulled the old NCSSA and the Council’s investigations regarding the magistrates that collaborated or not with the former Security as a Political Police.
The situation has been observed by the media in other countries as well and this convinced the Constitutional Court to translate the decision in English and French.
