Three New Private Companies at the Stock Exchange

At least three private companies will ask for the admission in the Bucharest SE. "We will support the files of two or three candidates, private companies with very attractive perspectives", confirmed Dragos Neacsu, the Raiffeisen Capital&Investment president and the BVB Comitee vice president, the supreme authority of the SE. "I believe that this is the tendency which the assistance services for the investments will focus on, beyond allotting at the SE some packages of the big state companies in the utility area", added Neacsu, referring to the governmental programme for supporting the capital market by allotting at BVB of 7 bid companies in the energetic area, starting from next year. Neacsu refused confirming whether there is a bank among these candidates. "The process is in the offer measuring phase in which the respective companies will put on sale new stocks and also in the phase of the possible investors market researching, and in the autumn you will know their names", said Dragos Neacsu yesterday on the occasion of the official opening of the BVB transaction meeting.
